A: If you are unable to attend an event, you may request a refund no later than 3 days before the scheduled event. Please note that an administration fee will be applied, and the full ticket amount will not be refunded. Refunds are not guaranteed for requests made after the 3-day deadline. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer, further instructions will be provided.

🚗 Parking & Entrance During Events
During events or shows, special parking and entry arrangements are in place:
If you’ve purchased a package that includes parking, the red wooden gate near the church/Bioparc will be open. A security guard will be stationed at the entrance to scan your ticket.
If you have the "Drinking Package" or "Dinner Package", which includes VIP parking, you will be allowed to drive inside and park in the center of the arena.
If you only have a standard ticket to a show (without a package), you will need to find parking elsewhere, as access to the arena interior is reserved for VIP/package holders.
