Terms and Conditions

General

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tickets and access to events held at Plaza de Toros de Fuengirola, operated by Arena Solo Málaga S.L.U. (NIF: B10982742). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Ticket Purchase

  • Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted except as required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of the organizer.

  • The organizer reserves the right to limit the number of tickets per purchase.

  • Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Event Access

  • A valid ticket is required for entry. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone without a valid ticket.

  • The organizer may conduct security checks at the entrance. Prohibited items include weapons, glass containers, professional recording equipment, and any items deemed dangerous.

  • Attendees must comply with the venue rules and instructions from staff at all times.

Cancellations and Changes

The organizer reserves the right to modify event schedules, lineups, or venues. In case of event cancellation, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket face value. The organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the attendee (travel, accommodation, etc.).

Liability

Attendance at events is at the attendee's own risk. The organizer shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by the organizer's negligence. The organizer is not responsible for the behavior of other attendees.

Image and Recording Rights

By attending an event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images may be used by the organizer for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Data Protection

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the courts of Fuengirola, Málaga, Spain.
